The data you give us: your name, your phone number or your email, and what you tell us in the form (city, level, message), by WhatsApp, by phone or by email. We do not ask for sensitive data and the website is not aimed at children under 14.

Requests: for as long as necessary to reply to you and, if you do not sign up, for a maximum of one year. Student data: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law. Data for news: until you unsubscribe. Waiting lists for an event: until the event ends.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except where required by law. To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf (data processors): the hosting of this website, email (Google), email sending (Brevo, by Sendinblue SAS, in France) and WhatsApp (Meta) if you write to us that way. Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
You can ask us for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@luciano-tango.es. If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD (www.aepd.es).
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse.
