The teacher’s full attention, for you or for both of you: alone or as a couple, in central Alicante or in Elche, with the Argentine teacher Luciano Blanco.
Before you start
We guide you through your first steps: a stable axis, a relaxed embrace, projection of the step and meaningful pauses.
We spend the time on what unblocks you: quality of turn, precision of pivot, musical breathing, cadence in vals or rhythmic play in milonga.
We design your first dance to measure, in tango, milonga or vals, with musical advice.
The programme
Before we begin, we do a short diagnosis to understand your habits and goals. The idea is not to pile up figures, but to build a dance of your own, elegant and comfortable.
One or two key focuses for the session, for example the embrace and the walk.
A stretch to polish the body: axis, dissociation and pivot.
A musical application where the step breathes to the beat.
Short sequences designed for the line of dance, and specific recommendations to keep going.
To progress faster, unblock a specific point or prepare for an occasion. In one hour with the teacher’s full attention, you work on what a group only touches on: your axis, your embrace, your footwork, your reading of the music. Many students combine one private class a month with their weekly group.
If you come on your own, Luciano dances with you in whichever role you need and gives you exercises to practise afterwards. As a couple, you work on connection, sharing the space and the sequences you find difficult, without waiting for the pace of the group.
We design a first dance to measure, in tango, milonga or vals, based on your song and your level, even if you have never danced. We prepare it over several sessions, with a video to go over at home.
In central Alicante, Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 to 17:00, Saturdays from 12:00 to 16:30 and Sundays from 12:00 to 22:00. In Elche, on Thursday afternoons, before the group. Always by appointment: we offer you the first available slot.
